Im Laufe meines Studiums habe ich mich mit diesem Sportspiel intensiver befasst. Als lizenzierter DFB-Stutzpunkttrainer besteht mein Aufgabengebiet auch darin, Vereinstrainer in ihrer Arbeit mit den Nachwuchsspielern und mit ihrer damit verbundenen Ausbildung und Forderung im Training zu beobachten. Dabei stellte ich vermehrt fest, dass viele Jugendtrainer in ihrem Training einen relativ grossen Anteil an isolierten Ubungen und nicht spielnahen Spielformen mit ihren Mannschaften durchfuhrten. Diese Beobachtung bestatigt sich auch in meiner Tatigkeit in der Trainerausbildung des Niedersachsischen Fussballverbandes. Die angehenden Trainer weisen haufig eine Tendenz auf, auch im Grundlagen- und Aufbautraining (Bambinis bis D-Junioren) einen relativ geringen Anteil spielnaher Spielformen im Training einzusetzen und sich mit den oftmals weniger komplexen Ubungsformen gerade in Sachen Fehlererkennung und deren Korrektur wohler zu fuhlen" (vgl. Cassia, 2010). Dazu stellt Cassia (2010, S. 4) fest: Statt die Aufmerksamkeit der Spieler auf das Was," Wann" und Warum" der einzelnen Vorgange zu lenken, konzentriert man sich lediglich auf das Wie" der Ausfuhrung. Tatsachlich wenden viele Trainer noch immer Unterrichtsformen an, die nur den korrekten Vollzug der Bewegungsablaufe zum Ziel haben, anstatt die Wahrnehmungs- und Entscheidungsfahigkeit ihrer Spieler zu fordern." In der vorliegenden Arbeit beschaftige ich mich deswegen mit der Entwicklung eines Trainingsprogrammes auf Basis von Spielformen gemass des TGfU-Konzeptes, das die vier Bausteine der in der Ausbildungskonzeption des DFB vorgesehenen Inhalte in der Altersstufe der D-Junioren enthalt.
