Good morning! Hope you’re all having a nice weekend. I have some things like cleaning, mowing the lawn, and finishing this blog post before I head to a cookout this afternoon. I’ve been focusing on my business this weekend and that made me realize that I want to come up with a writing schedule/publishing plan for the rest of the year.
One of the tasks on the top of my list is to rewrite & reupload my first published work, Better When We’re Together. To get myself psyched for the rewrite I created a little mood board with some images that I think fit well with the novel’s theme.
For those of you who haven’t read Better When We’re Together it’s a story that takes place around Christmastime. Two families who used to vacation together every Summer find themselves spending Christmas at their old favorite vacation spot for their first annual Winter Festival.
Little do they know that the success of the Winter Festival is what determines whether the owners sell the business or continue creating wonderful summer memories that last a lifetime.
It’s a cozy story filled with family, humor, first snowfalls, nostalgia, and more. I’ll be using these photos to keep me inspired during my rewrite project. 🙂
